Razor Blade Styles：

The blade styles are mainly divided into two series:

BTO (Barbed Tape Obstacle) and CBT (Concertina Barbed Tape).

Among them, there are five most commonly used styles, including BTO-10 (Short Blade), BTO-22 (Medium blade), BTO-30 (Tear Blade), CBT-60 (Fish-Hook Blade), CBT-65 (Long Blade).

1. BTO-10 (Short Blade):

BTO-10 short blade wire is the shortest type of blade, first developed for military applications. It retains the original profile of razor wire barbed tape is the most economical among all the barbed tapes.

2. BTO-22 (Medium Blade):

BTO-22 medium blade wire is an improvement in short blade. It is widely used in commercial and industrial applications. Medium blade concertina wire has sharper barbed edges and is more economical. For BTO-22 blade wire, we also provide new blade styles and thin-plate fine core wire styles for lower-cost options.

3. BTO-30 (Tear Blade):

BTO-30 tear blade wire is a hybrid of the medium blade and long blade, more vicious than the medium blade, and more economical
than the long blade.

4. CBT-60 (Fish-Hook Blade):

The CBT-60 Fish-hook blade wire is the metal in the middle that has gone through the most gyrations. All hooks have an eye to tie your line to, a sharp tip to pierce the fish’s mouth and a barb to hold it in place. Although there are a wide variety of innovations in point design, it’s the shank & the bend that has changed the most. This blade of protection effect is excellent and the cost is relatively high.

5. CBT-65 (Long Blade):

CBT-65 long blade is a viscous product when manufactured of toughened stainless steel blade material. It is usually used for prison fencing. Extra-long blade razors provide the maximum frightening effect.

The cross-shaped design enhances the wire’s security capabilities by providing more contact points and making it harder to cut through or climb over. Cross razor wire is commonly used in high-security areas like military bases, prisons, and industrial complexes. It is often installed on top of fences or walls, forming an impenetrable barrier that significantly improves perimeter security.

Flat Warp Razor Wire

Flat warp razor wire is designed with flat, sharp-edged blades that are arranged in a parallel or overlapping pattern. Barbed Wire

Uses: Double twisted barbed wire is a modern security fencing material made of high-strength steel wire. Double twisted barbed wire can be used to scare and deter aggressive perimeter intruders. The top of the wall is equipped with cutting blades, and the special design makes it extremely difficult to climb and touch. The steel wire and strip are galvanized to prevent corrosion.
